What is the process for booking a trip with your agency?

Booking a trip is straightforward! You can reach out by calling 815-942-9457 or emailing Cherry at cherry@redcarpettravel.net. Our travel consultants are ready to assist you through every step, from the initial inquiry to finalizing your reservation.

Can you customize travel itineraries?

Absolutely! We understand that each traveler is unique, so we offer personalized itineraries tailored to your preferences and interests. Simply share your vision, and our experts will design a customized itinerary that makes your dream trip a reality.

Do you offer escorted trips?

Yes! We provide escorted trips for those who prefer guided travel experiences. Our expertly crafted escorted tours ensure you gain insightful perspectives from knowledgeable guides while enjoying seamless transfers and logistics. It's a great way to explore the world with peace of mind and ease.

In group travel, are we required to do all activities together?

No, during our group trips, you are not required to follow the itinerary exactly. We include free time in our schedules, allowing you to explore independently or relax at your leisure. This flexibility ensures you can enjoy personal moments while also participating in planned group activities.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Unfortunately, our cancellation policy varies based on the vendors involved in your trip. We strive to provide the most flexible terms possible and our travel agents will give you detailed information and work closely with you to navigate any necessary changes to your travel plans.

"What an amazing experience working with Cherry at Red Carpet travel. She made our trip to Hawaii a trip to remember. With all the book you own options out there, she made me a believer in using a skilled travel agent to make the travel and accommodations a non-event. I have no hesitation recommending Red Carpet Travel for your next adventure. We certainly will."
